Mini 360 Assessments
Over the years of conducting 360 leadership assessments WorkSmart has noticed most organisations run a 360 assessment once a year (at best) for their leaders. This is an archaic and cumbersome way of measuring performance improvement in leadership and is not in line with best practice performance feedback processes.
